Jack was
found guilty in court on
7-8-05 by the jury after 30 minutes of deliberation. The Judge
had Jack held in custody, and set his bail at $100,000.00.
Jack was "Pro-Per" (Acting as his own Attorney) for this case. I was asked to testify as well as a number of other hams.
Jack was ordered back to court for Wednesday, July 13, 2005, 9:00 AM at the El Monte Superior Court, Department 4. The address of the court is 11234 East Valley Blvd, El Monte, CA 91731 for sentencing on this court case. His pending Federal Court case has been delayed until sometime in early October.
District Attorney Rusty Moore instructed us to flood the court room on Sentencing date. I ask that all victims, Ham Radio Operators, ect, to Please show up and show support on this day and time.
